During my year working as a freelance graphic designer, I've found that I work best when I incorporate some kind of warm-up in to my day to day work. One of my biggest passions in my life by far is football, so for the past year I have been creating football edits within Photoshop before I start my work. I often set my self a time limit and provide myself with a set of images that I have to use. The time limits tend to range from 15 mins to an hour which often effects the techniques and tools I choose to use.
In the past year, I believe these warm-ups have visibly improved my Photoshop skills and it is something I look forward to every day, as it gives me a chance to combine my passion for football and my love for design.

For each edit I created, I've also added the original source images I used in order to give you a sense of the edits and choices I have made throughout my design.
