While I've been developing myself as a graphic designer through freelance work and personal projects, I've been applying to graphic design positions. I've found it frustrating competing against hundreds (on some occasions, thousands) of people for these jobs. The huge demand for these roles has meant that expectations of those applying has skyrocketed. I've applied to internship positions that have asked for three years experience or jobs that would be indefinitely unpaid.
I wanted to express my frustration with this process through an ongoing series of poster designs inspired by jobs I have applied to.
